I mean, I’ve been using this lip gloss for a bit now, it feels so smooth on my lips. It’s not that sticky, goopy kind of gloss, which I really appreciate, and the color actually lasts well too. Like, overall, it’s just a really nice one to use...

I wasn’t expecting to like it that much, but the quality is actually really good. The colors stay looking nice, it feels soft on my lips, and thankfully there’s no weird smell.

The colors show up really strong — like, you don’t need to keep layering them — and they actually last well too.

The return itself was accepted without any issues, so I thought the refund would come through quickly. But this is where it got annoying, it ended up taking longer than I expected. Customer service did reply when I reached out, but the responses were kind of slow, so the whole process felt more drawn out than it needed to be.

I placed my order earlier this week and my box showed up a couple days later with everything exactly right. I checked it when I got home that afternoon, and there were no missing items or issues at all. Simple and smooth experience.

I got this lipstick for myself and I was a little nervous the color would show up totally different in person, because that happens to me way too often with online makeup. But this one was really close to the photos on the site. It wasn’t too dark on me and didn’t have some weird undertone I wasn’t expecting. I’m glad I picked it because it actually matched what I had in mind. I’d definitely buy it again.

I usually get frustrated waiting around for orders to show up, so I was expecting the usual hassle. But this actually arrived in just a few days, faster than I thought it would. No issues with anything, and I’m happy with how it all went.

I have really sensitive skin, so I always have some excuse for putting off trying new lip products because half the time they end up making my lips itchy, dry, or irritated. I was a little nervous ordering from Gerard Cosmetics because of that.
I ended up trying a couple of glosses and a lipstick, and thankfully I had no burning, no rash, and no weird reaction at all. The gloss was actually really comfortable, and my lips didn’t start peeling later like they usually do, which was a nice surprise.

Shipping was totally fine, and the shades looked close to the photos online. I’m really happy I gave them a chance because it’s not always easy for me to find lip products I can actually wear

I had a small issue and didn’t feel like waiting around forever to deal with it. Luckily, they got back to me fast, were really nice about everything, and had it fixed before I got too annoyed. Great customer service.

I wore it all day it held up really well. I didn’t have to keep checking or reapplying, which made me feel like I could trust it to last.

Everything arrived packed really well and there was no mess at all. It felt carefully handled, which I appreciated. I’d say it’s worth trying if good packaging matters to you.

The products are okay overall, and a few of the shades are actually really pretty. That said, I’m not sure I’d pay full price for everything. The experience also felt a little impersonal, like I was just another ticket number rather than an actual customer. I’d probably only buy again if there was a good sale.
